Below you will find detailed information to guide you through the application process for your student. Please note that there are different requirements depending on the grade to which you are applying.
We encourage you to visit our School in order to get a feel for the campus and to meet our faculty and students. We have a variety of ways for you to enjoy Monte Cassino; please join us for a tour, attend a performance or join us for a sporting event!
Visit our campus on a scheduled Open House Day or call the Office of Admission at (918) 746-4238 to schedule a visit. Tours are for parents only. Shadow days are designed for students. Students who join us for a shadow day are paired with a current student who will host them for an entire day at Monte Cassino.

ECLC Applications Deadlines:
Round 1 - December 1
Round 2 - March 1 (if spots are still available)
Note for parents of 4-year-old and kindergarten candidates for 2024-2025 school year - Currently, there are no spots available for the 2024-2025 school year for 4-year-old and kindergarten students. You are still welcome to submit an application which will place you in the wait pool should any spaces become available. You will be notified if a space becomes available for your student.
Elementary and Middle School:
Round 1 - December 1
Round 2 - March 15 (if spots are still available)
Applications will be accepted after deadlines. Late applications will be considered if space is available.
A $50 non-refundable processing fee is required with the application.
All ES and MS applicants are required to take an entrance test or participate in a screening prior to admission at Monte Cassino School. Please contact the Office of Admission to schedule.
The Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) screening dates for 2025-2026 are January 25 and February 1. ECLC applicants' entrance tests consist of an individual screening with an ECLC faculty member and a playdate. Developmental readiness and space availability are the determining factors for admission.
Prospective elementary (ES) and middle school (MS) students are asked to spend a day at Monte Cassino School to experience a day in the life of an MCS student. Your child will be paired with a student ambassador and will get to personally experience what it is like to Be A Saint for a day! Please contact the Office of Admission to schedule.
Teacher recommendations are required for elementary and middle school applicants. Middle school applicants are required to have both an English teacher recommendation and a Math teacher recommendation. These forms should be completed by at least one current teacher and returned directly to Office of Admission. The forms can be found in the checklist in your students profile in myMonte.
